Daily chest

A chest for every day you log.

Log something and a chest shows up next to Lopie. Most days it holds a few coins. Once in a while, something rare.

New best

Streaks that grow.

Beat your personal best and Lopie throws a small party on screen. Every day you keep going, the next milestone gets closer.

New each season

Furnish Lopie's room.

Spend coins on a lamp, a bookshelf or string lights for the balcony. Some pieces only sell for one season. On some days Lopie heads out and comes back with a postcard.

Five levels, one routine.

Goals and streaks earn XP. Every new level unlocks more for the room.

  1. FoundationStart building consistency.
  2. RhythmA steady routine takes shape.
  3. VitalityYour routine turns into energy.
  4. BalanceStable, and it compounds.
  5. LongevityTop of the track. Keep it sharp.

Badges for the small stuff.

Water before noon, a day over 10,000 steps, a goal hit twice over. Sleep, water, steps, meals and more each have their own set, so a quiet day can still earn something.

Why a game?

Because understanding your body takes a few weeks of honest entries. Small rewards keep you logging until the patterns show up. Then you set goals that fit your life, not someone else's, and become the best version of yourself one day at a time.

Questions, answered.

Is there an app that shows what lines up with my bad days?
Lopie is an iPhone diary that logs your day from one sentence, then shows what tends to line up with your bad days. You say what happened, Lopie keeps the record, and after about two weeks it can compare your off days with the rest. What it shows is a possible pattern, nothing more. Learn more

How long until Lopie shows a pattern?
Most people see a first pattern from Lopie after about 14 days of logging, at roughly two minutes a day. Fewer days still leave you a record. More days make the pattern steadier, especially for something that happens once a week.
Why do some of my mornings start rough?
Lopie logs your evening as well as your morning, so you can see what tends to line up with the rough starts. Bedtime, the last coffee, the last meal and how loud the day was all sit on the same timeline. You read the evenings before your worst mornings. Learn more
Can I see what lines up with feeling heavy after eating?
Meals and how you felt afterwards land on the same timeline in Lopie, with times, so you can read back the two-to-eight-hour window before a heavy stretch. You keep eating normally while the record builds. Learn more
Does Lopie replace a paper diary?
Lopie is a daily diary without the forms. Instead of sliders and checkboxes, you say or type one sentence and Lopie files the meal, the dose, the mood and the note. Then you can ask it questions about the weeks you logged.
Do I have to fill in a form every day?
There is no form to fill in. One sentence, a photo, or a few spoken words is enough, and Lopie files the details itself. Lock Screen widgets and Siri log without opening the app. Learn more
The Diary view in Lopie, a calm day view for mood, energy and one reflection
Can Lopie keep my cycle next to the rest of my day?
Lopie keeps cycle day beside your mood, energy and everything else you logged that day. Turn it on once, or leave it off. It stays off until you ask for it. Learn more
Cycle tracking in Lopie showing cycle phase and progress
Is Lopie a gamified habit tracker?
Yes, in a quiet way. Every day you log leaves a chest of Lopie Coins, goal streaks pay out more at 3, 7, 14 and 30 days, and you climb five levels from Foundation to Longevity. Coins buy furniture for Lopie's room, so the character grows with you while your diary fills up.
Is Lopie a medical app?
No. Lopie is a wellness and journaling companion, not a medical device. It shows possible patterns in what you logged and never claims a cause. Anything about your health belongs with a qualified professional.
Is my data private?
Lopie keeps your diary private, shows no ads, and never uses your data to target ads. No account is needed to start.
Does Lopie work on Android?
iPhone only. Lopie needs iOS 18 or later, and there is no Android or web version.
How much does Lopie cost?
Lopie is free to download, and Lopie+ starts with seven days free, then costs $69.99/year or $2.99/week. Cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Lopie can export a report of your entries, plus a plain text summary of your cycle history with averages, recent cycle lengths and patterns. It is your record, so you decide what happens to it.
